IMPORTANT NOTE – RETURNS & WARRANTY

• Returns or replacements are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items qualify for either a refund or a replacement.
•  Refunds are not available after the 14-day return window. Any eligible issue will be handled under warranty through replacement only, within the applicable warranty period.
• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or a short video. Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup or replacement as quickly as possible.


WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS

This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects, including but not limited to:

  • Print fading, cracking, or peeling under normal use conditions
  • Defects in materials or finishing
  • Fit or alignment issues caused during manufacturing
  • Defects identified at the time of delivery

 

WHAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

The warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Drops, falls, pressure, or physical impact
  • Exposure to water, moisture, heat, fire, or chemicals
  • Damage from alcohol-based sanitizers or cleaning agents
  • Improper installation, removal, or handling
  • Intentional modifications or third-party repairs
  • Products not purchased directly from FireBornGuard or authorised sellers
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading due to aging, or color changes over time

WARRANTY CLAIM ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

To ensure fair usage of the warranty:

  • Warranty applies only to original purchased products
  • Items already replaced under warranty are not eligible for repeat replacement
  • Refunded products are not covered under warranty
  • Product quality must be checked immediately upon delivery
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same product and design
  • If an identical replacement is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be offered
  • Warranty replacements do not include refunds

CARE & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Proper care helps maintain product quality and appearance:

Phone Cases & Tech Accessories

  • Remove cases gently by lifting one corner first
  • Ensure hands are fully dry after using sanitizer
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat

Laptop Sleeves, iPad Cases & Notebooks

  • Avoid moisture, grease, lotions, and oils
  • Clean gently with a damp cloth and allow to air dry
  • Avoid scratches from sharp or rough objects

Watch Bands & Straps

  • Clean with a soft cloth after use
  • Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and excessive moisture

Drinkware

  • Wash using mild dish soap and rinse thoroughly
  • Allow to dry completely before storage
  • Avoid extreme temperature changes

IMPORTANT NOTE

FireBornGuard warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or environmental factors is not covered.
