Non‑Returnable Items
Some products cannot be accepted for return or refund due to safety, personalization, or hygiene reasons:

Pickup & Return Process
FireBorn Guard provides a pickup service for returns to make your experience quick and convenient:

Once your return is approved, our courier partner will contact you to schedule pickup directly from your address.

Pickup time and date can be adjusted according to your availability.

Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories included.
If your area is not covered by our pickup partners, we’ll guide you through a manual return process (see Section 9 for details).
Return timelines:

Domestic (India): Product must be handed to the pickup agent within 10–15 business days of approval.

International: Return or pickup must be completed within 30 days of approval.
Courier or customs delays are accepted with valid tracking proof.
Refund Process
After your returned item reaches our warehouse:
