Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed after 6 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
- Orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate parcels for faster delivery.
Domestic Shipping (India)
For all deliveries within India, FireBorn Guard offers reliable, fully trackable shipping services.
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities).
- Shipping rates and applicable taxes (if any) are shown at checkout.
- Free shipping may apply to promotional or bulk orders as announced.

Once shipped, you can track your order via your confirmation email or account dashboard.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties based on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- FireBorn Guard is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or incorrect documentation.
- Please ensure your shipping details (full name, address, contact number) are correct.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal to accept the parcel, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
- Reshipping fees may apply if you request redelivery.
- Orders unclaimed for 30 days may be cancelled and refunded (less shipping costs).
Shipment Tracking
You’ll receive your tracking link via email once your order ships. Tracking updates are usually visible within 24 hours.

Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Order Modifications or Cancellations
- Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment.
- Once dispatched, the standard Refund & Return Policy applies.
- To cancel, email support@firebornguard.com within 12 hours of placing the order, including your Order ID.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
- If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours.
- Provide photos or tracking proof for verification.
- Eligible cases will be resolved with a replacement or refund, as per our policy.
